Controlling

In the whole-body view, the bones and overlying organs are translucent so you can see the brain, pancreas, spleen, and kidneys. The "Revealed Organs" button restores the normal overlap; on the phone is in the menu Control → View. Clicking on a named organ will highlight and zoom in on it. Use one finger or drag the mouse to rotate. Zoom in and scroll with two fingers. Use the mouse wheel to change the zoom. In the embedded sample, you zoom in with the Ctrl key; the wheel itself scrolls the web page. Click to select a structure. On your phone, you switch between the 3D model, stories and details with the bottom bar. Stories are at your fingertips without scrolling the entire page. You can find views and other tools in the Controls menu.

Heartbeat and children’s adventures

First, the halls visibly shrink, followed by the chambers. Movement of individual parts is simplified. Press the heart button to turn off the movement. Pausing the simulation also stops the beating; it is paused automatically when unfolding and cutting. This is a simplified animation, not a heart rate calculation.

The "For children" option will open the original stories with the guides Bublík, Drobečka, Fí, Kkaka, Sparkle, Strážka, Klíkek and Splíček. The characters are fictional, real cells or molecules do not have faces. Switching to "Detailed Interpretation" will leave room in the simulation.

System simulation

In the "How the body works" menu, you start the blood circulation, digestion, breathing, urinary tract, bile tract, spleen function, the dual role of the pancreas or the hormonal cooperation of the hypothalamus, pituitary gland and adrenal glands. During breathing, the lungs visibly expand and the diaphragm descends. The player allows you to pause, step, change speed and repeat. Light paths and time are simplified for teaching.

Three levels

Open it Advanced, on the phone and in a smaller sample in the menu Control → Interpretation, and in the menu Level of detail choose a level. In kids mode, first switch to adult interpretation.

Discovering: main bodies and overview of systems.
Student: other vessels, parts of organs and relationships.
Anatomical atlas: all available structures, original names and FMA identifiers.

Atlas dates and extent

Adult male reference model from BodyParts3D 4.0, complete with lung lobe surfaces from release 3.0. Displays the structures contained in this data set; it is not a complete representation of all tiny vessels, nerves or individual variants.

The model is used for teaching and orientation. It is not a clinically validated aid for diagnosis or planning procedures. Layout, colors and transparency are illustrative visualizations. The slice exposes polygonal surfaces, does not simulate CT or histological tissue.

Geometry: coordinate conversion, compression, color assignment to systems. Genital structures and the male urethra are omitted; the surface of the pelvis is adjusted to a neutral shape. Basic Czech teaching texts are author's; detailed original names are from the FMA database.
